At TheViralClothes, we stand behind the quality of our products and proudly guarantee our workmanship 100%. If there are any defects or errors on our part, we will replace your item at no cost to you. Please note that we typically do not accept returns or refunds due to user errors, such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, or other customization mistakes.

Refunds (If Applicable)

We are committed to delivering the best products and are happy to replace your order for the following reasons:

  • The product is flawed

  • The print quality is poor

  • The product you received is different from what was represented on our site

To request a replacement or refund, please email us at [email protected] with:

  1. A clear photo of the product you received

  2. Any additional detail shots you wish to include

Our customer service team will review your claim. If approved, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

For any other issues, please email us at [email protected]. If your claim is approved for a return, we will provide you with a return address. Please note that customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive your return.

Any unauthorized returns, or returns of items that have been washed, worn, or damaged, will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. Such items will be forfeited.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time for refunds to post)

  3. Contact your bank (processing times can vary)

Sale Items (If Applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at [email protected]. Our customer service team will review your claim and, if approved, will provide you with a return address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, we will send you a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.

Shipping

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address.

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
